Faculty and staff care about students. Provide an excellent experience for students. Good benefits, lots of opportunities to learn and grow but not advance.

Cons

Becoming very bureaucratic and political Communication is horrible - employees learn about changes through the paper Executives aren't open to feedback and unapproachable Executive team is out of touch and manages by intimidation College is facing serious financial issues due to poor forecasting/ budgeting, excessive spending on consultants, building layers of new management and not preparing for a decrease in enrollment
