As employee's keep working for different clients, you will come across various kinds of requirements/works which inturn improve your knowledge. Will strike good work life balance with gaps from project to project(until u get next project). Small and Growing company - dont expect benefits or perks.
Cons
Works like Consultancy..A lot to catch up with MNC's in terms of process and culture. Employees keeps roaming to client locations to finish projects which lasts few months. If constant travelling is not your thing..you are screwed. Stay Away. You will sign a bond to work for 2 Years with company otherwise you will not get your experience certificate. Bonds are against India constitutional laws but still..Indian Companies know how to screw you.
