Pros

For those who were hired in exempted position still got cash balance plan

Cons

Engineer and manager compensation is not on par with the industry and executives were made aware however, nothing is being done. Sr management tend to do pat on the shoulder hiring for manager positions and Sr manager positions instead of evaluating who is properly qualified. Lot of people left ranges from Director, to Sr Manager, managers and more individual contributors to higher paying companies.

Innovation and constant learning environment. Managers are understanding of heavy workload and try there best to support.

Pros

Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

Cons

Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
