      This company runs 99 9% on nepotism& cronyism. They are losing true talent and placing inexperienced people into roles they do not belong in. And let's not forget there's no integrity with upper leadership.

      Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

      Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
