      Pros

      Fantastic company culture. Every single person I came across was extremely kind and helpful. I learned so much about the utility industry, as well as corporate America.

      Cons

      All of that being said, the experience is what you make of it. There are definitely moments of disorganization and down time, but how you react to it makes or breaks the experience.

      Pros

      Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

      Cons

      Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
