      Job security once you're in, ability to move around within Exelon if you end up somewhere you don't like

      Old school work culture, everyone forced to return to office due to CEO's personal preference, sad annual raises that hardly keep up with inflation, pathetic employee recognitions and gifts, limited vacation for newer employees, mediocre 401k match, endless fire drills and toxic leadership that talk the talk of work life balance but never walk the walk, perks of generous annual bonus negated by poor base salaries

      Pros

      Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

      Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
