      Benefit is ok. Good sick time and PTO

      This is the worst utility I ever had. Bad management team. 3% salary increase which is lower than inflation. Leadership never care about employees.

      Pros

      Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

      Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
