Pros
It is remote and you pretty much work independently.
Cons
No support for staff who deals with callers mental crisis every day, cannot leave from computer, always on queue/call, management tells clients one things and then us another (i.e. telling clients they get free sessions per issues but then telling us to tell clients that they have already used their free sessions and to use their insurance which leads to us getting yelled at). Management does not help, they take forever to respond when you are on the phone with a client and need help.
