Nothing significant. Like any workplace, there are busy seasons and challenges, but overall the experience was overwhelmingly positive.

You are employed and get a paycheck

The insurance plans have about the worst coverage I've ever had with an employer at the most expensive I've ever paid per pay period of any employer that I've had. They barely offer any PTO and two of the days of PTO that I get, I have to use for holidays They placed me at a company that recognizes two more holidays than ComTec recognizes. As a result, I have to use my own PTO time on those two holidays, or I don't get paid for those days. Honestly, I can't say I'd ever recommend this company as a place to work.
