      Pros

      Bait you in with their company philosophy and positive mental attitude.

      Cons

      Over promise and under deliver. Promise their sales staff over 50k first year. You'll be lucky to clear 20k on their all commission structure. Most sales agents don't even clear for medical benefits, which the company promises.
