Pros
Good benefits. Pay is higher than other carriers but not sufficient for the volume of work. Some leaders get it and are good to work with.
Cons
The technology to support administration is severely lacking. Experienced multiple instances of unprofessional and toxic behavior from sales people with zero repercussions - only apologies and excuses from leadership. Did not know a single person within my area that wasn't stressed and burnout with the volume of work. Highly political environment. Lack of tools and consistency with processes.
