Pros
Amazing benefits and ability to grow within the company. Leadership finds ways to make the work environment fun. Additionally, marketing creates spiffs that can pay handsomely. There is a ramp up period that allows you to get your feet wet before you acquire aggressive monthly targets. There's an over abundance of tools/resources & in general people are willing to help you.
Cons
This department is meeting heavy & impedes your ability to sell. Leaderships asks for daily forecast multiple times a day which feels like micro management. It's increasingly easy to be burned out. The systems are difficult to navigate and there's not enough up front training to learn how to build/enter sales & use supporting systems.
