Pros
Nice new office in a decent location, mostly all new equipment, the clinic provides common medicines and a bed you can rest in if needed, still has a hybrid work setup of 2-3 days onsite per week. Lots of available online or self-paced training. Useful HMO of 300k php coverage.
Cons
So-so salary - it is no longer competitive as the job market for similar skills pays at least 20% higher. Micromanagement is quite notable. Too many metrics to allow work to be comfortably done. HR is not your friend. Quite understaffed. Bosses do not seem to allow much compromise in work settings. Mental health mandates exceptional resilience. Not all departments have equitable situations.
