Pros
1.) Flexible schedule and they will try to match the hours you are needing. They also offer training and the starting pay is good. 2.)It gives you a great sense of satisfaction and you feel you are making a difference in someone's life. And let me tell you, that feeling is like no other. 3.)Most days are different so you should never feel like it is repetitive or boring. When you enjoy what you do, you'll never work a day of your life.
Cons
1.) This job can be emotionally and mentally draining. It is NOT for everyone. 2.) This will be a huge eye opener for the end of life years that most of us tend to not think about fully until we are facing it ourselves or see our lived ones going through it. 3.) Like all jobs.. some days will be better than others. Just remember, tomorrow is another day and you get a fresh start!
