Progressive Growing Company - Purchasing Agent Comfort Systems USA Employee Review

This company took over a business that I was working at and they kept me on after the transition. The leadership was open to my suggestions even though I was only 24 at the time and they listened to what the company was lacking in order to grow sales and reduce turnover and implemented what as necessary to do so. I worked closely with corporate to relocate and they didn't treat me as a kid even though I was low man on the totem pole at the time and I really respected that.
