Pros

Comfy has such a great mission. The team is super mission-driven and passionate. There is a lot of diversity, and people genuinely enjoy spending time with each other, whether it is eating lunch, working on a hackathon or a conference together, at work and often outside of work. The office is a wonderful, light-filled place that has Comfy technology at work.

Cons

There are so many possible product options that could all build towards the future Comfy vision. It is important that Comfy continue to prioritize what it does next based on customer feedback, and to hold the course to deliver across all parts of the company.
