Pros

I liked the small company feel. You really got to know everyone and were definitely not just a name in an email to corporate.

Cons

The pay was not competitive, I was able to find a comparable job with another company in the same town making a much higher salary.

Pros

Company cares about its employees. Fair benefits. Great management.

Cons

On the cusp of becoming larger. This isn't really a "con", I just hope they don't lose what they are as they grow. I really love working for this company and what they value.
