Pros

Vacation time was okay ability to work remote

Cons

Pay is abysmal. 4 years tenure so far and only a 5% total overall raise from my starting pay (less than a dollar from starting pay to current pay). They tout work life balance, but shame you and guilt you for having to take time off. Insurance coverage is terrible and ridiculously expensive for what you get. little opportunity to move up or out of current department toxic management inability to adapt to modern technology.
