Pros

Commercial Metal Forming puts it's employees first and was one of the best places I worked. Several employees were multigenerational with some current employees having their fathers abd even grandfather working. Office staff friendly. Was able to learn something new everyday. Offered nice benefits.

Cons

I would have appreciated more vacation time, but that was more generous then other companies.
