      Pros

      Stable, lots of vacation, remote work, pay is fine, flexible, cheap insurance, pension, in house software development, mission focused, care for patients even at IT level is good.

      Cons

      IT Management is too overwhelmed, Basic IT outsourced and growing, no money for training or backfill, no teams anymore everyone is thier own contributor where you just grind away and don't really talk to anyone else, too much pressure and burnout is growing fast just in the past 2 years.
