Pros

Excellent benefits. Great place to work. Very knowledgeable staff and professional staff. Facilities all over the western area of the US.

Cons

Catholic organization and somewhat conservative. Does not support birth control or male drugs for sexual function. They dictate presentations on company goals and brand must be in line. You cannot present other conflicting ideas.

Pros

Great pay Great benefits Great team culture Great non-profit values

Cons

Large corporation going through a lot of structural changes these past few years had made it difficult to keep things aligned as the company disassociated from advent health, while simultaneously merging centura health into commonspirit

Thank you for sharing such positive feedback. We’re glad to hear you value the pay, benefits, team culture, and our non-profit mission—and we truly appreciate your kind words about leadership. We also recognize that periods of significant organizational change can be challenging. As we continue to align teams and systems following recent transitions, we remain focused on clear communication, stability, and supporting our people throughout the process. Thank you again for your encouragement and for being part of the CommonSpirit Health team!

Pros

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

Cons

There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
