A very large organization where you can do a lot of good within a corporate role.
Cons
Following the merger (CHI & Dignity) there were several instances where leadership roles were given based more on politics than on performance. A "Reduction In Force" is likely on the horizon as the organization cuts costs associated with the combined overhead.
