Pros

Great people, good pay, and starting to get funding to update and upgrade EHR and related applications. Focus on patient care

Cons

Applications differ between almost all locations, are out of date, and don't function as well as we'd like. Vaccination for covid is required for employment and no option offered for natural immunity/antibodies. There is no option for frequent testing unless meeting the requirements for religious or medical exception.

Pros

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

Cons

There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
