Pros

Loved my coworkers. They became my second family while I was there. They trained me from when I was a baby nurse and helped me gain confidence very quickly! The benefits were good.

Cons

Management completely gaslight me and turned their backs on me instead of using a mistake as a teaching moment.

Pros

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

Cons

There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
