Poor Managment - Human Resources Generalist CommonSpirit Health Employee Review

Pros

There is a lot of helpful knowledge based systems, so much room for growth as an employee.

Cons

I had a small department and the manager had been there over 20 years. She was asked to give an exit interview and refused. Lied to upper management about specific people that were her direct reports to sabotage career opportunities, set poor examples, should not be in management and her upper level superior did nothing to correct the situation. Also there was a lot of prayer and religion mixed in on a regular basis and that is not supporting DEI.

Pros

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

Cons

There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
