Pros

Free food sometimes. Actual job isn't so awful. Greeting patients and helping them with my whole heart Minority of the people you’ll work with are actually kind.

Cons

I found the work environment challenging, particularly for male employees, due to a lack of support and a somewhat hostile atmosphere. The training program was shorter than expected, offering only four days instead of the promised two weeks. New hires often need to learn quickly on their own as assistance from colleagues and supervisors can be limited. There seems to be reluctance among team members to make decisions independently due to a fear of reprimand from supervisors and managers. Improved training and a more supportive, inclusive culture would greatly benefit future employees.I faced challenges in my role due to insufficient training and support from my supervisor, which led to misunderstandings and difficult interactions. I believe that with better training programs and a more supportive environment, such issues could be avoided.
