Pros

This company only cares about the bottom line. They keep cutting and adjusting hours. The ceo is a joke and keeps blaming staff on why we are broke. We get punished for accidental overtime. Also, the insurance they provide is horrible it cover nothing and they are so strick with it. Example is if your spouse can get health insurance through there job they will fine you 30 extra dollars. Way to go multimillionaire hospital stealing money from staff. Managers are a joke, all mine does is find excuses on why the company couldn't give me a raise for 3 years. And even after talking to HR they said I was paid Market Appropriate. So I guess I'm just a market fish to the company. My value can only go up when the market says so, not my hard work and determination to give quality care

Cons

Insurance, pay, managers, ceo, low pay, recruiter

Pros

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

Cons

There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
