Since 2022, this company has been obsessed with saving salaries and wages expense by reducing the number of employees working in each area, even if that causes increased costs overall due to overtime, replacing burnt-out employees, and outsourcing. Senior leadership is a revolving door. Most executive positions at my hospitals were interim or vacant.
In 2024, they changed everything all at once: the apps we use, organizational structure, SOPs, job flows, job titles, etc. They demoted almost all of the leadership in my department and then told us the sudden boom in resignations must be because we had a bad culture.
