A good entry level position into the healthcare world. Helped me move onto bigger and better things in other hospital departments.
Cons
It's a pretty physically demanding position, as there is a lot of pushing patients in beds and wheelchairs.

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment
Cons
There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
