Poor management, poor staffing, low pay! - Registered Medication Aide Commonwealth Senior Living Employee Review

The pay was abysmal at best. I got paid 13.50 to give people meds and when staffing got low, management didn’t want to work on the floor with us, they would force the RMAs to pass their meds and work the floor at the same time. Absolutely dangerous and makes it so easy to make med errors. I left to protect my license. The communication was nonexistent and staff were blamed for things outside of our fault.
