We need management that just doesn't lead with there words, but management who would be willing to lead by example. Other concerns include: The lack of supplies like soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving supplies for men and woman and briefs. When Residents Are Hurt or ill they receive slow care from management.Resulting in the condition getting worse. Lack of Communication between staff and staff and management. Lack and bad communication between the family members and management. The floors are understaffed and unsafe. The schedules that are being made are not being thought out.
