Some staff is wonderful, Executive Director has poor communication skills, zero training for a position that required cooking and management duties, Amount of time needed for postion was not what was sold during interview process. It was a bit of a bait and switch. Being screamed at by the executive director during service, begging for refrigeration, logic does not prevail, just the finances. You can't improve your census without a financial investement, it is a depressing run down facility, needs so much help.
