A great mission that is needed for an agency that is part of a large network promoting self-sufficiency.

Cons

Many great people. Takes a long time to get rid of bad hires that make work much more difficult than necessary for others.

Pros

Management have always been open and honest with me, understood our departmental needs, and have fully supported us in the effort to equip staff with the digital tools they need to succeed in helping clients in the counties we serve. I have always been accepted and respected as a member of the staff, even though I am a contractor.

Cons

We do not get performance evaluations like employees, so it would be nice to know where we stand as an employee from year to year outside of just having our contract renewed. But I acknowledge that we are a special case due to being contractors.
