      I'm a field employee from TitleMax and we've gotten through the post acquisition bumps in the road. Our new leadership is very positive and encouraging. I'm the happiest I've been in a very long time. Kudos to the leaders for listening and making positive change.

      Benefits could be a bit better but improvements have been made.

      The Company has great Training. It was concise and clear. Management was consistently supportive and comprehensive.

      Friendly and funny management, coworkers are nice and helpful, good location, paid on-site training, certification reimbursement, good place to start but not to stay.

      Long call ques, mandatory on call, more call center focused than IT Service Desk, extreme BURNOUT, No room for internal growth, poor health benefits,
