      Our customers. I love people and being able to help them.

      Cons

      Low pay , hours of operation, hardly ever does anyone come in after 5:00PM. No work life balance. Every manager gets paid the same . New hires and employees that have worked here for 16 years.

      The Company has great Training. It was concise and clear. Management was consistently supportive and comprehensive.

      Do not work more than 40 hours. For those of us that have more time to invest.

      Friendly and funny management, coworkers are nice and helpful, good location, paid on-site training, certification reimbursement, good place to start but not to stay.

      Long call ques, mandatory on call, more call center focused than IT Service Desk, extreme BURNOUT, No room for internal growth, poor health benefits,
