Reasonable hours and maybe the flexibility

Cons

Everything. Management and HR do not care for their employees as much as they want to pitch out that the employees are the top priority. I was never valued as an employee to where they were trying to push me out with a resignation.

The Company has great Training. It was concise and clear. Management was consistently supportive and comprehensive.

Cons

Do not work more than 40 hours. For those of us that have more time to invest.

Friendly and funny management, coworkers are nice and helpful, good location, paid on-site training, certification reimbursement, good place to start but not to stay.

Cons

Long call ques, mandatory on call, more call center focused than IT Service Desk, extreme BURNOUT, No room for internal growth, poor health benefits,
