They work with your schedule
Cons
They care more about the money than their actual employees. They want you to work yourself to death and put the job before anything else in your life but do not even pay you enough to survive. They are currently buying out other companies but apparently cannot give raises, good bonuses, or give decent start up pay. They pay more to new associates than existing loyal employees. Higher up managers only care about making their bonuses and their numbers. They do not care about you
