Business Outlook
Pros
Company is highly adaptable and innovative regardless of challenges they may face. CCFI has been growing so much and although we now have many storefronts, we keep a culture of teamwork that feels like family. CCFI is big on promoting within and that is huge in feeling appreciated as an employee.
Cons
Fast pace but keeps you on your toes and keeps you learning new things and adapting to change. Not a con in my opinion.
