      Pros

      Challenging yet awarding career. Leadership team truly cares about their staff. Store associates work tremendously hard and care deeply about their customers. Watching associates grow within the company is truly awarding! Company definitely recognizes hard work. It is impressive to watch store managers teach and train their staff developing future leadership. Being able to serve our community is a reward in itself.

      Cons

      Just like any career it can be tough at times but wouldn’t want it any other way. Love the challenge.

      The Company has great Training. It was concise and clear. Management was consistently supportive and comprehensive.

      Do not work more than 40 hours. For those of us that have more time to invest.

      Friendly and funny management, coworkers are nice and helpful, good location, paid on-site training, certification reimbursement, good place to start but not to stay.

      Long call ques, mandatory on call, more call center focused than IT Service Desk, extreme BURNOUT, No room for internal growth, poor health benefits,
