There is a fair amount of upward mobility… to a point and at a cost.
Cons
Mobility is available because of the high attrition rate. The president of the company is a short tempered, brash lunatic. Senior management acknowledges the very real flaws from president to the point of it being a big in-joke, but at the end of the day they’re all yes-men. Very few women in senior management positions. You get exposed to illegal activity and are simply expected to keep your mouth shut. The environment is hostile by design and even encouraged.
