      The people who work in the stores are like family

      Constant changes. You only get paid for holidays if you work them. Major disconnect between the "higher ups" and the store employees.

      Long call ques, mandatory on call, more call center focused than IT Service Desk, extreme BURNOUT, No room for internal growth, poor health benefits,
