Frequent, arbitrary decisions to cut bonuses and freeze pay increases. Boy’s club, with strongly defined cliques. Antagonistic upper management. The president is highly unethical and will require illegal activities from time to time. An almost bipolar decision making process from the c-suite. Encourages a very secretive, negative, and overly compartmentalized corporate environment.
