I've been working with the company for years. Best company I've been with. I enjoy working here. What I like about it every week theirs training, to refresh our minds. I appreciate the open door policy, I could always count on the higher ups (DM or VP's) for any questions which is very helpful. I enjoy coming to work and helping my staff with any changes that the company has made. It's all about adapting to changes if you enjoy what you do it goes smooth. This is an excellent company to work for. So many customers we help daily seeing their smiles after doing great customer service makes my day. My team is very supportive. Company is always adapting for the benefit of our customers. Theirs always room for advancement. To top it off great benefits and FT hours.
