      My favorite thing is the progressive and forward thinking attitude of CCFI. If you are self motivated and enjoy new challenges, this job will suit you well. Competitive salaries and benefits of a large company but still maintains the close knit structure of a smaller company.

      Cons

      This industry and company is constantly changing. If you do not like change, this probably isn't a good fit.

      The Company has great Training. It was concise and clear. Management was consistently supportive and comprehensive.
