      Pros

      One of the most positive things about CCFI is the unanimous desire to improve as a company and as individuals. Each person is passionate about improving, and together, we all help each other do just that. The leadership team at CCFI is incredibly supportive and inspiring. They work extremely hard, leading by example, and they truly treat their employees as equals in the workplace. They are very approachable and understanding, and provide support when needed. 100% pleased overall.

      Cons

      I wish CCFI would have acquired the former company I was with sooner.

      The Company has great Training. It was concise and clear. Management was consistently supportive and comprehensive.

      Do not work more than 40 hours. For those of us that have more time to invest.

      Friendly and funny management, coworkers are nice and helpful, good location, paid on-site training, certification reimbursement, good place to start but not to stay.

      Long call ques, mandatory on call, more call center focused than IT Service Desk, extreme BURNOUT, No room for internal growth, poor health benefits,
