      Pros

      Previous company was bought out by CCFI and they have been very welcoming. They are eager to teach and help improve my stores. In a short amount of time I feel I have grown within my own position.

      Things move very fast but as long as you stay on top of tasks it is easy to adapt.

      The Company has great Training. It was concise and clear. Management was consistently supportive and comprehensive.

      Do not work more than 40 hours. For those of us that have more time to invest.

      Friendly and funny management, coworkers are nice and helpful, good location, paid on-site training, certification reimbursement, good place to start but not to stay.

      Long call ques, mandatory on call, more call center focused than IT Service Desk, extreme BURNOUT, No room for internal growth, poor health benefits,
