I was employed there for a few months - Operations Manager Community Choice Financial Employee Review

Can be fired for no reason. My boss tells me I have excellent people skills. communication yet but I'm not understanding the context of the business and I get fired 3 months after joining the job just a month before my wedding. This was just a pathetic excuse to let someone go. Later on I heard they hired someone for much cheaper. I think it probably was because of my race, I was treated differently and spoke back to an experienced colleague about some trivial issue. Just off the tangent things which make no sense.
