      Team comradery, Same work day to day, lots of over time available

      Cons

      early shifts to late shifts in the same week ex (M 10am to 7pm T 12pm to 9pm). daily numbers to hit. work is sometimes suggestive ( you might grade a vehicle moderate but a manger grades it as a minor)

      The Company has great Training. It was concise and clear. Management was consistently supportive and comprehensive.

      Cons

      Do not work more than 40 hours. For those of us that have more time to invest.

      Friendly and funny management, coworkers are nice and helpful, good location, paid on-site training, certification reimbursement, good place to start but not to stay.

      Long call ques, mandatory on call, more call center focused than IT Service Desk, extreme BURNOUT, No room for internal growth, poor health benefits,
