Pros

Easy work, products were easy to learn, if you can type in basic information and make phone calls you’d do fine.

Cons

They are slowly phasing out the Ohio market, expect tons of travel, the stores all operate according to their own rules so there is no uniformity, little to no work life balance, very little upward mobility.

The Company has great Training. It was concise and clear. Management was consistently supportive and comprehensive.

Cons

Do not work more than 40 hours. For those of us that have more time to invest.

Friendly and funny management, coworkers are nice and helpful, good location, paid on-site training, certification reimbursement, good place to start but not to stay.

Cons

Long call ques, mandatory on call, more call center focused than IT Service Desk, extreme BURNOUT, No room for internal growth, poor health benefits,
