Pros

Some great coworkers (though most have left or been pushed out). The experience will teach you what not to do in business when you acquire a company

Cons

Leadership, particularly Kyle Hanson, has no real vision or respect for employees. I would compare Mr.Burns from the Simpsons but even Mr.Burns has some kind of business sense. The company went from a Fortune 500 powerhouse to near ruin in under two years—poor decision-making at every level. Zero job security—loyal, hard-working employees are discarded without a second thought. Constant chaos, mismanagement, and a culture of fear instead of motivation. No innovation, no long-term planning—just a slow, painful decline. Kyle you have single handedly destroyed TitleMax and ruined the lives of your employees, Congrats!
